About Lake Forest Computer Company
Lake Forest Computer Company provides hands-on IT services — hosting, development, and infrastructure management — for businesses that need reliability without the overhead of a full IT department.
Our Story
Lake Forest Computer Company was founded by Nick on a simple observation: most businesses need serious IT infrastructure but can't justify a full-time IT staff. They end up with fragile systems held together by whoever in the office "knows computers."
Nick changed that. With hands-on experience across networking, server infrastructure, custom software, and product development, he built LFCC to provide the same caliber of hosting, development, and systems management that enterprise companies take for granted — but sized and priced for small and mid-sized businesses.
Based in Lake Forest, California, we're not a faceless corporation. When you work with LFCC, you work directly with Nick — the same person who configures your network, manages your servers, and writes your code. No ticket queues, no hand-offs, no runaround.
Our Own Infrastructure
We run our own multi-node Proxmox cluster. We don't resell someone else's cloud — we operate the hardware, the network, and the software stack.
Our Values
Reliability
We engineer systems that stay up. Redundancy, monitoring, and rapid response are built into everything we do.
Transparency
No hidden fees. No jargon. No mystery bills. You know exactly what you're paying for and why.
Craftsmanship
Every line of code and every server configuration is done right. We take pride in the details that others skip.
Partnership
Your growth is our growth. We invest in understanding your business because we succeed when you do.
Built on Our Own Infrastructure
Unlike most IT companies that resell AWS or Azure capacity, we operate our own server cluster. Our multi-node Proxmox VE environment runs on enterprise hardware with ZFS storage, redundant networking, and UPS-backed power.
This means faster response times when issues arise, lower costs for you, and complete control over the technology stack. When we say we manage your infrastructure, we mean all of it — from the physical hardware to the application layer.
Infrastructure at a Glance
