iPhone 15, 15 Plus, 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max Microsoldering Repair

The 15 series continues the same board-level repair approach as the 14, with the move to USB-C making no difference to how these board faults are diagnosed or fixed.

These are depot repairs.

We ship your device to our third-party repair partner, who performs the board-level work in their clean, dedicated microsoldering facility. Lake Forest Computer handles intake, logistics, insurance and communication end to end — you deal with us, not them. Current lead time is 4–6 weeks door to door. All parcels ship USPS with signature required.

What these faults actually are

USB-C and board repair — no change to the diagnosis

The 15 series switched the charging port to USB-C, but the board-level fault pattern behind no power, no touch and no image is unchanged from the 14. A USB-C port itself failing is a separate, simpler repair than the faults on this page.

One price across the lineup

As with the 14 series, every model from the base 15 through the Pro Max shares one price per repair type.

How depot repair works

You contact us and describe the fault. We confirm the price from the table above, take payment for shipping, and send you the details to get the device to the depot. Our repair partner diagnoses it, performs the board-level work, and tests it. It ships back to you USPS with signature required. Door to door, budget 4–6 weeks.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the USB-C port change anything about these repairs?

No — these are the same underlying board faults as previous generations. A failed charging port on its own is a smaller, separate repair; ask us if that's what you're seeing.

Will I lose my data?

No, aside from CPU-swap data recovery work, which is destructive and always confirmed first.

What if the repair is unsuccessful?

No fee in most cases, return shipping only. A $60 bench fee applies to devices already opened elsewhere.
